2014 CO₂줄이기 초록시범마을 협약식

 청주충북환경연합은 녹색청주협의회와 함께 4월 22일 지구의 날을 기념하여 초록시범마을 협약식을 진행했다. 청주시립상당도서관 강당에서 열린 이날 행사에는 공모와 추진위원회 심사를 통해 선정된 청주시내 아파트 25개 초록시범마을 대표들과 추진위원 등 70여명이 참석했다. 먼저 세월호 침몰사고로 희생된 분들의 넋을 기리는 묵념을 한 후 본 행사를 시작했다. 이재은 공동대표가 환영사를 통해 참석자들에게 CO₂줄이기에 앞장서줄 것을 당부했으며, 염 우 정책기획단장이 초록시범마을 선정개요와 2014초록시범마을을 소개했다. 이어 전년도 초록우수마을 대상을 받은 분평대원아파트의 방해도 소장이 우수사례를 발표했다. 초록시범마을 대표들에게 현판과 현수막을 증정하고 초록실천을 다짐하는 것으로 행사를 마쳤다.

13일에는 하천에 대해 배워보았습니다.
물의 중요성에대해 알아보고 실습으로 수질오염 측정과 솜, 자갈, 활성탄을 이용하여 간이정수기 만들기를 하였습니다.
아이들은 직접 간이정수기를 만들어 보며 신기해하고 물의 중요성에 대해 더욱 이해 할 수 있는 시간이었습니다.
