Bibong is an Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin, native to Jeju island, illegally captured in 2005 by the Pacific Land. Hotpinkdolphins launched a 'Set Bibong free' campaign in front of the notorious dolphinarium in July 20, 2017. For years the Hotpinkdolphins have been protesting Pacific Land on Juju Island in South Korea. The marine park will soon be taken down and a hotel will replace it. There is a race to save the last five dolphins here before the park decides to sell these dolphins to another location. Also at this marine park they have monkeys, sea lions, parrots, doves and a dog. They use to have penguins. Where did they go? No one knows.
Today, the management gave the peaceful activist a lot of pushback, forcing them off the property. Not before they were yelling in the faces and saying profanity to the woman. The activists waited until after one of the performances to do their action. Of course Pacific Land was not happy. Hotpinkdolphins will not back down. Pacific Land has some of the highest death rates. At least 20 dolphins have died since 1986. Video by Terran Vincent Baylor
