2016년 환경운동연합 전국회원대회가 7월 16~17일 양일간 여주에서 열렸습니다. ‘같이 숨쉬는 지구, 함께 안전한 세상’이라는 주제로 광주, 울산, 대구, 서울 등 전국 각지에서 모인 230명의 회원분들과 만나 인사도 나누고 가습기 살균제 관련 활동을 하였습니다.

인천환경연합에서는 비교적 가까운 여주로 차를 나눠타고 출발했지만, 비가 내렸다 그쳤다 하는 날씨에 조금 늦은 시간에 도착해 체육대회부터 참석하게 되었습니다.

여주로 가는 길~비는 내리지만 마음만은 기대로 상쾌합니다^^

도착하니 거짓말처럼 비가 개고~환영의 플랜카드가 반겨줍니다.

짐을 풀고 내려와 준비 운동을 하며 몸도 풀어줍니다~

중앙, 서울과 함께 환경팀으로 한 팀이 되어~~

2017.03.25. 온난화식목일 식재행사를 진행했습니다.

기후변화가 심해지는 오늘날,  서울은 지난 80년간 꾸준히 온도가 높아지고 있었습니다.

이것은 해마다 온난화의 영향으로 나무심기 적당한 날짜가 앞당겨 지고 있음을 의미합니다.

서울환경운동연합은 2010년 부터 ‘온난화식목일’을 개최하여 미세먼지를 막아주고 지구의 온도를 낮춰주며 한강생태를 복원하는 나무심기 행사를 진행해왔습니다.

8회차로 접어드는 2017 온난화식목일은 최영식 공동의장의 개회사를 시작으로 가수 ‘이매진’의 공연과 ‘나무를 심는 사람들’ 의 주제로 퍼포먼스를 했습니다.

한강 숲의 중요성과 나무 심는 방법에 대해 설명을 들은 후 자리를 이동하여 나무심기 행사를 진행했습니다.

물에 강한 삼색버들 900주를 참여자 200여명과 함께 심었습니다.
