인천섬 아카데미 교육 5강을 마치고 해양보호구역인 ‘대이작도 생태체험탐방 1차 교육’을

다녀왔습니다.

인천연안여객터미널에서 배를 타고 약 한시간 1시간 10분가량을 달려 도착한 대이작도.

숙소에 도착하자 마자 짐을 내려놓고 대이작도의’부아산’을 등정하면서 배귀재 식물학자에게서 이작도에 서식하고 있는 식물에 대해 강의를 들으며 올라갑니다.

부아산 정상에서 내려다 본 바다는 해무가 살짝 끼어 신비로움을 나타냈습니다.

꽃게로 끊인 맛있는 점심식사를 하고 나서 옹진군에 처음으로 생긴

‘대이작도 생태전시관’을 들려 대이작도를 배경으로 영화를 촬영했던

‘섬마을 선생’을 관람하고 나서 ‘숲길을 따라서’라는 제목으로

배귀재 식물학자의 강의를 들었습니다.

강의가 끝나고 풀등으로 가는 배를 타기 위해 작은풀안 해변으로 이동하여 풀등에 도착~~~

언젠가는 밞을 수 없을지 모르는 모래를 밞기 위해 신발을 벗었으며,

모래위에서 점프도 시도해 보고, 모래사장에 살던 생물도 만나고….

경이로움에 빠져든 풀등 탐사시간이었습니다.

풀등에서 배를 타고 나와서 섬으로 유입되는 해양쓰레기 성상조사 및 정화활동을

하였습니다.

심형진 강사님의 해양쓰레기에 대한 내용을 들으며 심각한 쓰레기 문제에 동감하였습니다.

해수욕장을 개장해서 그런지 쓰레기 양은 많지 않았지만, 스치로풀 쓰레기가 큰 문제였습니다. 잘게 쪼개지면 미세플라스틱의 일부가 되는 쓰레기들….

적은 양이지만 성상조사를 실시하였고, 정화작업을 하여 분리수거함에 넣었습니다.

숙소로 돌아가는 길에 ‘삼신할미약수터’와 ‘이작도 보호수’ 소나무를 보았으며,

섬 사람들의 생활에 대해 생각하는 시간을 가졌습니다.

다음날을 계남리로 가서 ‘섬마을 선생’ 촬영지인 계남분교를 돌아보았습니다.

일정을 마치고 인천으로 돌아오면서 푹푹찌는 폭염속으로 들어 갈 것에

걱정이 되었지만, 해양보호구역 이작도 탐방을 재밌고, 기억에 남게 하는

생태체험탐방교육이었습니다.

구럼비 해안 일대 발파가 시작된 3월 7일부터 사무국은 발파저지를 위해 강정에 집중하고 있습니다.

2016년 청주충북환경연합에서는 도시텃밭사업을 하게되었습니다

공예비엔날레가 열렸던 옛 연초제조창 광장에 흙을 채우고, 거름을 뿌려 진짜 도심 속 녹색공간을 만들 생각입니다

작년 공예비엔날레 당시 이곳에 상자텃밭을 만들어 운영했었는데 나름 괜찮은 공간이었던 걸로 기억합니다

작년에는 바닥에 흙이 부족해 상자텃밭을 만들었다고해서, 올해는 농사지을 흙을 가득 채우고 텃밭으로 만들어 분양 할 생각입니다

벌써 부터 관심있는 분들이 연락을 해오고 있습니다

▼ 상자텃밭을 만들었을때 울타리용으로 만든 돌들을 치워야 합니다 환경연합 회원과 아이들이 이 작업을 하고 있습니다

▼ 1365자원봉사 사이트에 일감을 등록했더니 많은 친구들이 자원활동를 신청해서 이날 고생 많이 했습니다

▼ 기존에 있던 초록바구니 화분을 일렬로 놓았더니 흙을 채울 멋진 울타리가 되었습니다.

이 상자에도 이쁜 꽃을 심을 생각입니다 생각만해도 기분이 좋아집니다

▼ 평소에 잘 사용하지 않는 공간이라 여기 저기서 바람에 날린 쓰레기, 작년 상자텃밭으로 사용하던 폐품들이 제법있었되네요

▼ 이제 한달 정도만 있으면 이 공간도 멋진 텃밭으로 씨앗과 모종이 심기겠죠. 그리고 싹도 꽃도 피우겠지요
